Art of Metcon ("AoM") is operated by 623 Collective LLC.
By creating an account, accessing workouts, or participating in any AoM activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I voluntarily choose to participate in fitness activities, exercise programs, workouts, strength training, conditioning, cardiovascular exercise, gymnastics, running, jumping, weightlifting, and related physical activities provided through AoM.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that exercise and physical training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Muscle strains and tears
- Sprains and fractures
- Falls
- Equipment-related injuries
- Overexertion
- Cardiovascular events
- Serious injury, disability, or death
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in AoM activities, whether known or unknown.
3. Medical Responsibility
I understand that AoM does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation services, or individualized coaching.
I am solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me.
I acknowledge that I should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program if I have concerns regarding my health or physical condition.
4. Personal Responsibility
I am responsible for:
- Exercising within my abilities
- Using proper equipment
- Maintaining a safe training environment
- Scaling workouts appropriately
- Discontinuing exercise if I experience pain, illness, dizziness, or other warning signs
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Art of Metcon, 623 Collective LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in AoM activities.
6. No Guarantees
AoM makes no guarantees regarding fitness results, athletic performance, weight loss, health improvements, or any other specific outcomes.
Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, experience, genetics, health status, and other factors.
7. Acknowledgement
By accepting this waiver, I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understood this document.
- I understand the risks associated with exercise.
- I voluntarily assume those risks.
- I agree to this waiver and release of liability.
Terms of Service

Welcome to Art of Metcon ("AoM"), operated by 623 Collective LLC.
By creating an account or using AoM, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use AoM.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Subscription Services
Certain AoM features require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the rate and frequency disclosed during checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All AoM content, including workouts, programming methodologies, videos, graphics, logos, written materials, software features, and related content, is owned by or licensed to 623 Collective LLC.
AoM content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish AoM content without written permission.
6. User Content
Users may submit workout scores, comments, profile information, photos, or other content.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant AoM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating and promoting the platform.
7. Community Standards
You agree not to:
- Harass or abuse other users
- Post unlawful or offensive content
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Disrupt platform operations
- Use AoM for spam or commercial solicitation
AoM may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AoM and 623 Collective LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
This limitation is in addition to the protections described in the AoM Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
9. Suspension and Termination
AoM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
10. Changes to the Service
AoM may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time.
AoM may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

AoM is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
